my name is caitlin :)I am newly obsessed with Running :D i love it! i love being fit and i want to keep it that way. 5'6", want to keep a constant BMI to remain fit and healthy. i recently stopped dancing and dont want the sudden stop of sport result in weight gain. My goal is to run in Next years Marathon. just a note- i am not trying to loose weight, i know i am not fat! what i am trying to do is to get a flatter stomach by getting more muscle- which i know muscle weighs more than fat- so i guess i will put on weight :P i just want to be very fit and to look it to :) if you want the password to my progress blog just ask :)
For every ask i get i will do: 10 crunches, 10 push ups, 10 hip raises, 10 leg raises and 10 side leg raises (both sides), and a 30 second plank :) so thank you!! ask away!

sorry guys i have my play on this week soo..

i will hardly be online! and i cant go for my runs cause it is after school and i dont get home till about 11pm… so me and my friends are doing mini abb workouts in the scenes we are not in :P i am actually kind of nervous for the play! opening night is tomorrow O_O

first game of indoor hockey today :D

very fun, sweated LOTS but i do need a bit of practice ._.

but overall we did ok- seeing none of us had played indoor before :P we are used to out door, where you can hit the ball- now we have to push it :O

so true. it takes an insane amount of effort and training to look like the top picture. if it was that simple to get ripped it wouldn’t be as impressive as it is. 

it also takes steroid tablets which containe testosterone: this hormone is what is in males which allows their muscles to bulk- as females do not have this hormone it is very hard/ nearly unable to get this amount of bulk.. so dont worry! girls lifting weights is not going to add 1m or muscle to your arms! you will get toned and sexy muscles!!
